Tom Ravenscroft
Tom Ravenscroft brings listeners a musical treat, with live sets from BBC Radio 6 Music's 10th anniversary event at London's Southbank Centre.

This special show features Brit award winner Laura Marling live from the Purcell Room and will also showcase Public Image Limited live from the Queen Elizabeth Hall.

Widely regarded as one of the most innovative and influential bands of all time, the BBC Radio 6 Music at Southbank Centre event will be Public Image Ltd's first live show of the year.

With an ever-changing line-up and unique sound, John Lydon guided the band from their debut album First Issue in 1978 through to 1992's That What Is Not, before a 17 year hiatus. John then resurrected PiL in 2009 playing live worldwide. This year will mark their first new material in 20 years, with an EP due for release in April and a new album This is PiL in the summer.

Highlights from the event, which also sees performances from Lianne La Havas, Gruff Rhys, Anna Calvi, Beth Jeans Houghton and the Hooves of Destiny and Graham Coxon can be seen on the BBC's Red Button and at bbc.co.uk/6music from 19 March. Live tracks will also feature in 6 Music's schedule next week.
