Zeus announce new album on Arts & Crafts and dates...

ZEUS FOLLOWS UP POLARIS PRIZE-NOMINATED DEBUT WITH NEW LP BUSTING VISIONS OUT MARCH 27 ON ARTS & CRAFTS.

Recorded between the band's Ill Eagle Studio and the ranch studio of label mate Feist, Busting Visions is a sweaty romp of a record, oozing cool, with fuzzed-out riffs, razor-sharp hooks and harmonies galore.

The band will preview material from the album this February during a handful of Canadian dates with Sam Roberts Band and a trio of headline shows in Boston (2/22), New York (2/23), and Brooklyn (2/24).

Zeus - the instrument-swapping Mike O'Brien, Carlin Nicholson, Neil Quin and Rob Drake - have wasted no time earning high profile fans and collaborators, from members of Broken Social Scene to Bahamas.

"Just one of the three singers/multi-instrumentalists from this band would be a force to reckoned with," says Jason Collett. "Having three songwriters this talented gives Zeus an almost unfair edge over other bands. Plus, Neil Quin has the best rock 'n' roll voice I’ve heard in 20 years."

The band's debut album, Say Us, topped the CBC radio charts, garnered a Polaris Prize nomination, won the XM The Verge Album of the Year award, earned rave reviews and led to dates with Belle & Sebastian, Broken Social Scene, Metric, and many others.

Zeus will tour the US extensively this spring, including a stop at SXSW. The band will also support Dan Mangan on his upcoming European tour. Stay tuned for more details regarding a Canadian headline tour in the Spring.
