Annie and the Beekeepers...

Happy New Year!
I am thrilled to announce the making of a new full-length album by Annie and The Beekeepers! Though it's hard to believe, it has been three years since our last release, The Squid Hell Sessions EP, and five years since our last full-length album. As many of you know, this is a project that I have been relentlessly and endlessly dedicated to for the past 5 or more years. It is an accumulation of a lifetime of professional and creative development and investment. This music is my life's work, and I am more eager than ever to share it with the world.

After the original formation of the band peacefully parted ways in late 2010, I have spent the last year digging deep to make a plan of attack for what's next to come. With a wonderful new band of Beekeepers and the blessing of the former comrades who were completely fundamental to the foundation of the band, we have already done some incredible work on the album. I am SO excited to share the new material, the rebirth of Annie and The Beekeepers.

In order to fund and complete the project, I have - just seconds ago - launched a KickStarter campaign. For those unfamiliar, KickStarter is a wonderful website that many independent creative-types and innovators are using to rally their community around their worthy endeavors. I would like to invite you to view the site, enjoy the video - a teaser for what's (hopefully) to come - and if you feel moved to do so, become involved in our project by contributing and/or spreading the word to folks who you believe could be interested.
